How to place an order

 

1. Select the product(s) from our shop which you are interested in to order

 

 

2. Select the appropriate option(s) and quantity and then click the button "Add to Card"

 

 

3. Preview your cart and then click "Checkout" button

 

 

 

4. If you are new customer you need to register an account, otherwise you have to log-in.

 

 

5. Fill your shipping and billing data and then scroll down.

 

 

6. Select the payment and shipping method and scroll down.

 

 

 

7. Preview the order before payment and then click "Proceed to payment". You will be redirected to the selected billing method web page to make the payment.

 

8. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order when your order is finished. If you don't receive a confirmation email, although your order is successfull, please send an email to sales@denkovi.com.
