Q: I need some item/product but it is not in your store. Can you provide it ?

A: All the products we can provide are located in our site. If you don't see it then we don't have it.

 

 

Orgering

Q: Do you accept orders by e-mail?

A: Yes, we do. Just send your requirements to sales@denkovi.com .

 

 

Q: I might have accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do?

A: Contact us via email sales@denkovi.com . The duplicate order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

 

 

Q: Can I change my order after I've submitted it?

A: If your order haven't been sent we can still change it. Contact us as soon as you can in that case. After you receive confirmation email that the order is shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

 

 

Shipping

Q: Is it possible to declare lower value when shipping?

A: Actually it is not. We always declare the real value.

Q: What are the payment methods?

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept only 100% payment in advance. We do not work with NET 30.

Q: How can I reach the technical support?

A: You can send an email to support@denkovi.com. It is recommend to do it from the email address you used for purchase in order skip the initial verification.

 

 

Q: Is all the information available in the web site for free download ?

A: About 90% of the information is available for direct download. The rest (like some documentations and software examples) is sent automatically from our system to your ordering email within 24 hours after the shipping of your order.
