1. Added Display mode for each channel. 
	In this mode the tested target is not rebooted, but only monitored:
		- initially (when the state is unknown) the relay is OFF;
		- if reached the set amount of errors, relay is OFF;
		- the relay is ON only when the target is active.
	AutoReboot Settings page changed:
		- Mode is Check Mode;
		- Added Channel Output Mode with two options: Reboot and Display (when Reboot the channel is used for reboot like before);
		- If mode is Display, the options from the Reboot Sequence are disabled.
	AutoReboot Control page changed:
		- for the channels working in Display mode are in blue color;
		- for the channels working in Display mode, Reboots Number shows the number of failures found;
		- for the channels working in Display mode, Last Reboot shows the last date/hour when the failure is found.
